Longer Story

Early February, 2014
Paul visits Andrea's condo for a remodeling quote (obviously fell in love at first sight). They meet a couple of more times (once at her condo and another at Freehouse restaurant) to discuss the remodel. While Andrea liked Paul's designs best out of the other contractors she met with, she determines she's going to forego the remodel for now.

February 25, 2014
Paul responds to Andrea’s email that he understands….and then asks Andrea to dinner. Andrea doesn't respond.

February 27, 2014
Paul sends a follow-up email to ensure he didn't “creep her out or overstep". Andrea jokingly responds that she already reported him to the BBB….and respectfully declines dinner saying “I'm just not sure that would work.”

February 28, 2014
Paul responds and ends his email with, "p.s. it was dinner, we eat every day. If you change your mind..."
(salesman skills are on point).

March 7, 2014
Andrea decides she's hungry and finally responds to Paul. “Hi Paul, you were correct that we do all eat. I've been starving this past week and have determined that we did start some good conversations that could be fun to continue over some...like you said, just dinner...what's the worst that could happen? It's a dinner.”

March 8, 2014
Paul loves Andrea’s enthusiasm regarding “what’s the worst that can happen” and immediately tries to seal the deal and plan dinner for that evening. Andrea is busy and then heading out of town for work….

March 18, 2014
In many back and forth emails including some regarding Andrea’s business trip to NYC, Paul writes, “Maybe after we get married I can come along to NY with you on one of your jet sets.”

March 21, 2014
Paul takes Andrea to Mill Valley Kitchen for dinner. They are the last ones there while the staff clean around them.

The rest, as they say, is history.
